WHAT IS THE INVISALIGN STRAIGHTENING PROCESS?
After you and Dr. Chang have agreed that Invisalign aligners are the right choice for you, we will take an impression of your teeth so your aligners can move your teeth into their proper position. Our lab will provide a series of aligners made to gently push your teeth into a beautiful, new, straight smile.
Once you’ve gotten your first set of aligners, you’ll begin wearing them as often as possible to begin moving your teeth the right way. When the first set of aligners fits your teeth perfectly, your dentist will give you a new set of aligners to continue moving your teeth.
Each Invisalign tray is meant to gently push your teeth into a new position until the final tray finishes straightening your smile. This way, each consecutive aligner will gradually shift your teeth into the correct place a little more than the one before.
Once you’ve completed this alignment process, you’ll be ready to show off your straight teeth and improved smile!
